Dr. Tim Byers is a Professor in our Epidemiology and Community Health Section. He has been with our Preventive Medicine and Biometrics Department since 1994.

Dr. Byers is a graduate of Ripon College, Wisconsin. He studied at Indiana University and received his M.D. in 1973. Dr. Byers was awarded his M.P.H. in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan in 1980.

Aside from being a Professor in our PMB Department, Dr. Byers is the Program Leader for the Clinical Cancer Prevention and Control here at the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
