Deborah H. Glueck received her A.B. cum laude in 1989 from Harvard College, Cambridge MA. She received her M.S. in Biostatistics in 1991 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Ph.D. in Biostatistics in May, 1996 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Glueck was a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Piscataway, New Jersey. There she Conducted research on biostatistical theory with applications in health services and primary care research.

In January 1999 Dr. Glueck joined the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics as an Assistant Professor. She is currently working on a K award "Power and Sample Size Methods for Mammography Trials".
