Dr. Bernard Nelson is now a retired faculty member and was given the distinguished honor of Professor Emeritus.

Dr. Bernard Nelson has been a member of our faculty since 1987. He is a graduate of Stanford University where he earned his B.A. in 1957 and completed his studies in 1961 earning his Medical Doctrine.

From 1986-1992 Dr. Nelson was the Chancellor here at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
